Egyptian Mummification Process

Click on this icon to start or stop the narration.

The art of Egyptian mummification consists of many steps.
First, the body is washed.
The next step is to remove the deceased person's inner organs.
The organs are then wrapped one by one and placed in jars.
After the removal of the organs, the inside of the body is stuffed with salt.
The body is then placed on an embalming table and covered with salt.
The mummy is then prepared for bandaging.
Once the mummy is finally prepared, it is time for the funeral
